In Denmark we pay 2-3 times the price in USA. I guess it's about the same problem in Finland. Tax = 1-2 bikes. For that reason you can better afford a bike, if you import a used one from Germany or another country, where the taxes aren't so high. I guess that could be a reason for Teaukka's wish.
